Wayne plays the most fun and engaging family concerts in New England at events, libraries, schools, fund-raisers, and parties including Boston Harborfest Children's Day. These audience-participation shows include sing-a-longs, clapping, dancing, jumping, running, and movement, while featuring great new songs and classic family favorites. With influences from Pete Seeger to the Beatles, and Johnny Cash to Aerosmith, his folk-rock-blues-bluegrass mix is unique, yet not unlike other kid's performers like Dan Zanes and They Might Be Giants. Wayne’s Music Fun Band features entertainment for all ages, from adults and children all the way down to the youngest toddlers. Potash is part of the New England Foundation's for the Arts Touring Roster at Matchbook.org.
Wayne also leads the music learning programs for young children at Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Regis College, Bright Horizons, and many others.
